Automate Lead Triage with n8n and Google Gemini

From a cluttered inbox → to n8n automated lead triage system, in real time. I built an end-to-end n8n workflow that automatically reads incoming emails, understands their intent, categorizes them, logs the data, and alerts the team when a lead needs immediate attention. How the workflow works: Email Trigger — Gmail detects every new incoming email automatically. Email Data Extraction — The workflow extracts and cleans the important information from the message. AI Lead Triage — Google Gemini analyzes the email content and categorizes it as a Hot Lead, Support Request, Billing Issue, or Spam. Structured Output — The AI response is converted into a consistent structured format for reliable processing. CRM Logging — Lead information and AI analysis are merged and stored directly in Google Sheets Tutorials. Urgent Lead Check — A conditional step identifies leads that require immediate attention. Slack Alert — For urgent leads, the workflow sends a Slack notification with a summary and a ready-to-send response.
